username and password

Good Day, I am trying to access a Cisco SPA 303 phone via web browser and I am being ask for a username and password, before it did not ask for it but it is asking for it now.

Hello,

Please be advised that if the Web GUI of the phone asks you for a username and password it means that the phone service provider set them up and is the only party that can provide them to you.

SPA303 does not require a username and password by default.
