VPN Client Gateway

I can connect to a UC560 with the Cisco VPN client.  I am trying to use a softphone.  On a Windows XP workstation, it works fine.  On a Windows 7 workstation, the VPN connects but the softphone will not register.  I compared the routing tables of both workstations.  On the XP machine, it uses the VPN client IP as the gateway for 10.1.1.0.  On the Windows 7 machine, it uses the internet gateway of the site as the gateway for 10.1.1.0.  I think this may be the problem, but I am not sure how to fix this.

I've had the same problem with Windows Vista running the VPN client.   I had to manually add the routes in Windows to get the VPN routing to work.  When you are connected to the VPN, try looking at your route table for Windows to see if you have a route for the VPN subnets.
