Cisco SPA303

I have a Cisco SPA 303 desk phone.
It was originally set up using one provider and I have since switched to a different provider.
I am attempted to set the phone up using its admin web interface.
I have all of the settings required. I enter them into the web app. I do hit the save button for each page. I can refresh the browser and see the changes stuck.
The phone reboots and it appears to be trying to communicate with he new service. It doesnt ever work. Then, when I go back into the web interface, all of the original settings are back.
So either it never saved correctly, or since it didnt communicate with the new provider, it resets to the prev.
Anyone know what might be going on?
