Hello CRUZPEREZ518, can you use the command
"utils ntp server add
IP/FQDN of NTP"
Then can you delete the old ntp server with this command "utils ntp server delete IP/FQDN of NTP"
Also i recommend you check the time configured of your NTP, can be a local gateway
And renember the IP Phones SIP the time catchs from NTP Phone Service, and IP Phones SCCP this catches the time from cucm and for replicates in all IP Phones in device pool can you update the date/timezone.
Also another workaround a little fancy is change the timezone
Example if your timezone currently is Mexico City it marks 10:00PM when should be 11:00PM
You can change for other timezone for example UTC-5 like New York
