I have an Ubuntu Focal computer. AnyConnect was installed by a local admin user and connect successfully. When a second user with the same permissions is logged in, they receive the message about unable to connect to the secure gateway.

check that the User is group-lock in ASA.
if that then the different User but same IP address is refuse.
