When an extension is dialed, the wrong end user's name is being displayed. I have verified in Control Hub the number to be correct. Also, the end user information is correct in UXCN and CUCM. If there is any other information you need me to provide, please ask.

Called from which endpoint? Jabber has a feature that queries the contact source (CUCM UDS or LDAP) for the dialed number, subject to Application Dial Rules (and Directory Lookup Rules for received calls). A record returned will override the CUCM DN alerting and display name. A non-unique match is worse: whichever user object was listed first in the response gets used.

Called from Webex. The name displayed is correct when the extension is dialed on a desktop phone. From what I am aware, LDAP is not integrated in our system.
