Software Upgrade error : Webex Desk Pro

Trying to upgrade software versions for my WebEx Desk Pro units. I pulled the software version from the TMS software manager, and locally downloaded it to my main machine. When I go in to Software Upgrade and then select the local pkg file, it begins to upgrade but then fails. I looked in the SYS Logs under the software upgrade log, and it gives me 

XAPI :: set_notification() SoftwareUpgradeFailed,ERROR Signature verification failed !

I looked in the the community forums but found nothing, any help would be appreciated.
