Is it possible to get a visual notification when a new chat message comes up? The selectable tones only ring once and if you don't hear this you have no indication of a new message if the program is in the background.

Hello, can u have  a listen only mailbox in webex calling?    there will be no user attached.   just a DID pointed to a mailbox for employee hot line announcements?   thanks
