Hello ,
I am using Cisco Webex , and when I shared my screen to others , the content starts fluctuating and frames get dropped drastically.
I have checked this on LAN as well , but same issue found , also with all optmize options as well.
Please suggest

Hello Sir,
I am sharing both type of content (Videos and PPT as well ) some PPTs have videos in them which lags after sharing content. also same is happening with Videos. Before it was not happening.
We have diagnosed the hardware , it is proper. it has 16GB ram with SSD , also our networks is of 20Mbps (Lease line)
Our devices are connected wirelessely on 5GHz.
We are using sophos firewall.
We have not configured specific port , can you tell us , how to check that ? We are not using proxy server.

Webex is a brand, not a product. You’ll need to be more specific. Also, what type of content are you sharing (e.g. slides vs. video)?
Assuming Webex Meetings, which port is being used for media - and is it UDP? TCP is used for fallback but usually trashes media quality. Same story with proxy servers, usually.
