User having trouble opting out of Watercooler BOT in a space

Have a user who is in several spaces with Watercooler BOT and cannot successfully opt out of a certain space.  When the user sends Help command in 1:1 space with the BOT, the opt out button appears with a drop down to select the space in which they want to opt out.  BOT says she is in 8 spaces with Watercooler but only shows 1 of those spaces in the Opt Out drop down.  She can successfully opt out of that space, but the space she cannot opt out of is not available on the Opt out drop down at all.  Any suggestions?  She is being paired with individuals on a daily basis and cannot get it to stop.

Things I've tried:

- Normal opt out procedure per cisco documentation

- Had user leave the space, opt out via 1:1 space with BOT, rejoin space.  Issue persists

- DB reset on webex app

- App data folder removal

-Cannot find the name of the space in Opt out drop down
