Hey @sandiban , hope you are well. Would you be able to provide an update on availability of the Webex AI Assistant API?

Hi @ahagerma1,
Thanks for checking!
Yes, as per the latest update - it'd be available by H2FY25 which means around March end, 2025
Hope this helps.
Thanks!

Hello @shahv,
Thanks for checking here!
So you can read most of this Webex AI Assistant for Meetings here - https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/ygksov/Webex-Assistant-for-meetings
And I just wanted to highlight that there has been a recent change with the Webex meeting in terms of Webex AI assistant introduction.
Because earlier on the Webex Meeting UI, there was a button to start/enable the Meeting transcript of a live meeting. However that transcript button has now been replaced with the AI Assistant button during a live meeting which would summarise the meeting as well as generate meeting transcript.
However to be able to use this Webex Meeting AI Assistant, you must need to enable it first from Webex control hub following the instructions here - https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/9dofjcb/Administer-Cisco-AI-Assistant-in-Control-Hub#task-template_8da05721-5275-45d8-a2ff-4ce10ee0c179

Our Webex Meeting REST API team is already working on this item to bring the fresh REST API for the AI Assistant transcription, but it's still in progress and would take little longer to come up with the APIs.
Please let us know for any further assistance.

Regards!
Sandip
