Sorry, my bad, that is a dead link indeed. I just checked internally, we will have docs up for BYOVA early next year, but we don't have a closer date yet. Apologies again for the confusion.

@senthilnatarajan as mentioned in the support ticket you also opened, we do not have integration docs specifically for Korra.ai. You can check our generic guide here for BYOVA https://developer.webex-cx.com/documentation/guides/bring-your-own-virtual-agent though, it might help.

looks like that page is internal only as of now.

Also heard that BYOVA will be for 2025 only.
