Shared screen through Webex issue - No preview and Not shown to others

When sharing my screen through webex application , I see black screen in preview . After some time it says there are network issues, sometimes it takes 1-2 minutes and start sharing content.

However, when I start sharing desktop through webex app on web browser, it start sharing screen immediately. 

Please help.

Hello TSNBC,

The black screen issue in Webex desktop app may be due to hardware acceleration or display driver conflicts. You can try disabling hardware acceleration in settings and updating graphics drivers. Also check firewall or network restrictions. Since the browser version works fine, use it as a temporary solution until fully resolved.

From desktop app it mostly does not work .
