Use the correct user/password or meeting id/passcode..

Are you trying to login to the Webex app? Are you trying to join a meeting? Would be helpful if you could provide some more info

Hi @Odwa,

it seems that the user ID you are using is not existing in Control Hub / Site Administration. Are you using a paid or free account?
