Win10 manual uninstall Webex 41.09 fails with error message

When trying to uninstall 41.09 from control panel I receive an error message, stating that it can't be uninstalled. (snag-0677.png)

Have run the Webex removal tool, reboot after, no luck.

Trying to install newer version results in error message that another version is already installed. (snag/0674.png)

Any help is welcome.

Make sure the application  is closed when trying to uninstall ..Check webex service try to stop it and try.. I have uninstalled webex from windows couple to times without any issues...

It's not about Webex service is still running. Is about old version need the old installer in order to continue the uninstall process.

I been tried to find the older version installer but no luck. Similar situation as per the question above.

My old version = 41.8.0.19868

I had tried to download latest installer, but it appears that the said installer will install new (another) version at my PC.

I'm running on Windows 11 Home (latest version - OS Build = 22621.819)

Anyone experienced the same and managed to found the solution, please share.
