Certain functions performed using the API throws the below error message.
message": "The server understood the request, but refused to fulfill it because the access token is missing required scopes or the user is missing required roles or licenses."
# 1 This error occurs when attempting to use an API for a product or feature the user account is not licensed for.
# For example, if the user is not licensed for Webex Meetings and you attempt to use a Meetings API you would get that error response.
# 2 Ensure the authorizing user has required scopes being added
# 3 Few functions can only be performed by Full admins / Compliance user.
