I got the Cisco Insider newsletter digest, and saw a note about an upcoming survey.
Not only did I try to send them feedback on how mis-directed the invitation was, but my email to the featured email address was rejected. This communication snafu is absolutely on brand for Cisco - the silo who wrote the survey knows exactly what they mean, but they threw the survey invitation out to every Cisco customer worldwide, regardless of which product we use.
I don't expect any reply to this, but thought it was typical of my frustration with Cisco/Webex.

Good morning,
I wanted to say that I am feeling more and more left behind by Cisco-Webex. I went to potentially be involved in the survey you advertised this morning, and when I read the list of products I have experience with, I did not recognize any of the options. I use Webex Webinars almost exclusively, but it is a major part of my work for the State of California.
I would like to ask that you (as a giant mega-corporation) try to tailor your communications to the audiences who use your services, and help us make better use of your products.
