Webex Webinars with URL Parameters

Hello, 

since the Webinars are not supported anymore in the Education Connector I was trying to find a way to integrate Webinars in Moodle so that the user's name and e-mail address are passed to the Webinar. 

I have found a way that seems to work. Here is an example: 

https://meduniwien.webex.com/wbxmjs/joinservice/sites/meduniwien-de/meeting/download/d987d8826c0d70104bca65dc8a299642?siteurl=meduniwien-de&MTID=m04d20336a94785ddf3e24ada41292117&displayname=Jane%20Doe&email=jane.doe%40example.com

The parameters displayname and email get successfully passed via Moodle. 

But is this a valid workaround? 

I couldn't find any documentation on passing URL parameters and I don't want it to stop working suddenly.  

And is it somehow possible to pass the Webinar password?

I am bumping this thread up again because I haven't received an answer yet. 

Unfortunately, Webex Education Connector still does not support Webinars. 

Is there a documentation somewhere on how to use URL parameters to pass the user's name and email address to a Webinar?

The above method still seems to work fine but I found it via trial and error.
