Hi,
My name is Iliya Gatsev from Cisco Technical Support Team.
I think it would be best if you could call our support line and open a support ticket, so we can do a WebEx remote session and check the configuration.

Hi there,
My name is Nikola and I'm Cisco Small Business Devices team member.
Get the latest firmware version from here:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/284152656/type/282463166/release/1.0.6.7
If the upshot remains the same try with the Recovery (TFTPD32) Procedure.

Hi Nikola,
In my case I have a wap 581, I have tried all the firmwares for the cisco WAP 581 but it has not worked
Firmwares: https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286314835/type/282463166/release/1.0.5.0?i=!pp
My case info: https://community.cisco.com/t5/small-business-wireless/cisco-wap581-a-k9-v01-firmware-recovery/m-p/4634018#M11296
What is the Recovery (TFTPD32) Procedure?
Why Cisco does not publish information about this mode Firmware Recovery?
Thanks
Regards!
