Can we join Cisco Catalyst AP 9105 with WLC 5500? Will it work?

We are using WLC 5520 controller and now want to join AP CAT-9105. As per datasheet it should support.But can anyone confirm it will work or not or any specific configuration needed?

There was never a 17.6.0 version so it cannot be that. (17.6 starts with 17.6.1)
As Leo says post the complete console output from the AP.
And upgrade your 5520 to 8.10.190.0 as per TAC recommended link below.

Please have the output in attachment. We have given lightweight image still it is not joining the controller after configuration.

That is not the complete AP log from POWER ON.  That log is from when the AP has already finished booting and after it has already attempted to join a WLC.  Collect the complete log from the moment the AP is powered on.

ME and WLC must never be used together in the same infrastructure - that is not supported and will not work.  This is made very clear in the ME documentation.  You can use one or the other but not both.  You previously said "WLC Model and Version : AIR 5520; OS : 8.10.183.0" but now you are saying there is a 5520 WLC and a ME WLC?

So make up your mind about what kind of controller you have - keeping in mind you cannot have WLC and ME at the same time.
If you have 5520 then upgrade to 8.10.190.0.
And post the full console log from the AP.
