CAPWAP Join issues with new 9130AX to 9800

brandnew 9130AX with 17.6.4.56 cannot do 9800 controller with IOS-XE 17.3.5.42.

There is a loop see in console:

Discovery Response from 10.x.x.x

Discovery response from MWAR 'wlc1' running version 17.3.5.42 is rejected.

Failed to decode discovery response(status = 4).

Ethernet base MAC address ist authorized on controller. Older 9130AX can join.

CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME.

Had to update IOS on a 8540. Discovery worked after that

Make sure you do not have any 2800/3800/4800/1562/6300 series APs to avoid meeting CSCwd37092.
