My WLC 9800 version 17.3.6
I have an SSID for BYOD, users tell me that after having the equipment they are working with idle, it disconnects from the network and the connection is not automatic.
If not, do it manually by entering your username and password again,
I increased the Session Timeout (sec) to 8 hrs and 1 day, also increased the Idle Timeout (sec) and added a value to Idle Threshold (bytes). But it didn't work.
I check the logs of a computer and I see this log
