Hi Henry,

Give this a try;

config ap led-state

To enable or disable the LED-State for an access point, use the config ap led-state command.

config ap led-state {enable | disable} {Cisco_AP | all}

Syntax Description

config

ap

led-state

{enable | disable}

Hi henry.benjamin,

To turn off the LEDs on the AP 1240 or similar devices, you can try the following steps:

  1. Access the AP's ETC configuration interface by entering its IP address in a web browser.
  2. Look for a section related to LED settings or system configuration.
  3. Within that section, you should find options to control the LEDs, such as turning them off or adjusting their brightness.
  4. Save the changes once you've disabled the LEDs.

Please note that the specific steps may vary depending on the AP model and firmware version. It's recommended to consult the AP's user manual or contact the manufacturer's support for precise instructions.

I hope this helps!
