I have a WLC C9800-L-C-K9, Version 17.12.01.
Today I started having random disconnections on my WLC, I was checking it but later I lost access through SSH and HTTP, I had to restart my WLC to be able to access it again.
I have some logs that you can obtain before restarting the WLC but they don't tell me anything.
Any idea why I lost SSH and HTTP access???
although I do see this log sometimes.
Jun 9 13:14:12.990: %SYS-5-CONFIG_P: Configured programmatically by process EPM IAL Process from console as console
But apparently this is something else that has nothing to do with access denied, right?

You are running latest code - WLC C9800-L-C-K9, Version 17.12.01., so i would not expected any other security concern here, until you hitting any bug..
yes correct the logs not related to that, do you see any other logs ? is your device CPU and memory ok ?
You have only access issue with SSH and http, is the client traffic is ok going via SSID ? are you able to access using console ?

I have a case with the TAC and this is what they told me.
However, this normally happens due to certificates expiration, or http server expiration. This problem can be fixed by restarting the http and https services or restarting the WLC.
