Start mentioning your system type and version, and if currently you already have toll free numbers..

Yes. It's called a switched toll-free number. The carrier simply routes calls to an existing DID that you specify.

Yeah got to know thats true the carrier or TFN provider can do that but as of such that can't be configured on CUCM
