As your points grow, you advance through Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers—each unlocking progressively premium benefits. Top Diamond members may be invited to the exclusive Rockstars program.

Yes! Membership is completely free for Cisco customers and partners. Join today using your Cisco account credentials.
Points are awarded across three categories: Advocacy (e.g., references, reviews, case studies, speaking), Loyalty and Community (e.g., surveys, mentorship, recruiting new members), and Customer Success (e.g., events, product adoption, trying new features).
Points earned each calendar year (Jan 1–Dec 31) determine your tier status for the following year. (For example, if you earn 1,000 points in 2026, you will enjoy Platinum status from the moment you reach the level in 2026 until December 31st, 2027.) When you achieve a new tier, you unlock all of the associated tier-based benefits, and each benefit can only be redeemed once per person. Please note that some benefits may have set delivery times (e.g. access to the Road to Cisco Live contest in your region.)
Points never expire as long as you remain active in the program. However, points may expire after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, or if you no longer hold a qualifying business relationship with Cisco.
Rockstars is the invite-only tier of Cisco Insider, reserved for members with meaningful advocacy impact or a strong business relationship with Cisco. Once you reach Diamond, you become eligible for consideration. The Insider team reviews eligible members on a regular cadence.
