Cortes en llamadas cuando se llama a la calle.

solicito su apoyo

He identificado que de este telefono SEP08173514AA58 cuando quiere realizar una llamada por ejemplo a estos numeros 6219854 ; 940380244 y otros a hora 4:00pm a 4:03pm timbra solo una vez y luego se corta (La hora es indiferente)

telefono 172.19.7.21 MAC SEP08173514AA58 anexo 5690

172.19.0.10 es el gateway de voz

172.19.0.9 es el tarificador

172.19.0.11 /172.19.0.12 / 172.19.0.13 es el CUCM publisher y subscriber respectivamente

El escenario es el siguiente un usuario tiene una clave que es 47883 puede hacer llamadas en cualquier telefono cisco, ayer probo en un telefono y le sale los errores que abajo indico.

Hoy probe en otro anexo con la clave e igual solo timbra una vez y se corta.

Por que puede pasar amigos. que significan esos errores q salen. Graxias por la respuesta.
