We are trying configure the new cisco room kit eq for company use, face 2 issues:
1.When we are in the call, it is not able to share the content by click the 'share in the call' in touch panel, which is gray.
2. When connect the company network, the call automatically disconnect if we join the meeting by the code, and external network is ok. I would like to check network administrator about this, before that, i want to know how the meeting running, is it first connect to cisco server--MS teams server, if so ,what is the server address, is there any specific ports need to open?
