TETRA Error Codes - Windows

Here are some common TETRA Error codes that you may find displayed in the dashboard as well as within the C:\Program Files\Cisco\AMP\<your_version>\sfc.exe.log or corresponding sfc.exe_<date>_<time>.logs. The connector must be in debug in order to view these logs.

0

0 -- None. Console should report the date that the updated succeed in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS 
-1000 Invalid_Opt ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -1000 Internal Error: An invalid option value was passed. Contact Cisco support.
-1001 Invalid_Param ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -1000 Internal Error: An invalid parameter was passed. Contact Cisco support.

BadSeverName ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2000 The server name or the complete location for the  update is not correct. Check your AMP Update Server settings in your policy.
-2001 BadProxyName ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2001 The proxy was not valid. Check your proxy settings in your policy.
-2002 BadRemoteLocation ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2002 The remote location is not valid. Check your AMP Update Server. Contact Cisco support if the issue persists.
-2003 BadLocalPath ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2003 The local path is not valid. Contact Cisco support

InvaildObject ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2004 Internal Error: An invalid object was used. Contact Cisco support.
-2005 InstallFailed ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2005 The installation process has failed. Contact Cisco support if the issue persists.

-2100 CouldNotConnect ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2100 The Connector was unable to reach the TETRA update server. Check your AMP Update Server settings on your policy. Contact Cisco support if the issue persist.
-2101 HttpError202 ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2101 Failed to download the definitions update file - received HTTP status 202. Contact Cisco support.
-2102 HttpError403 ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error-2102 Failed to download the definitions update file - received HTTP status 403. This should resolve itself in the next Content Update interval.
-2103 CouldNotLogin ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2103 The authentication info specified was not valid - the server/proxy sent an unexpected code. Check your proxy settings in your policy.
-2104 InvaildUrl ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2104 The URL is invalid. Check your AMP Update Server settings in your policy. Contact Cisco support if the issue persists.
-2105 InvlaidWriteParam ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2105 Update failed. Check if your disk is full. Contact Cisco support if the issue persists.
-2106 HTTPError ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2106 HTTP error with status code greater than 400. Check your AMP Update Server settings in your policy. Contact Cisco support if the issue persists.
-2107 WriteError ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2107 Update failed. Check if your disk is full. Contact Cisco support  if the issue persists.
-2108 IOTimeout ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2108 Update failed because of a network timeout. Check your network, firewall or proxy settings to verify connectivity between endpoints and the update server. Contact Cisco support if the issue persists.
-2109 IO_RecvError ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2109 A network error has occurred. Contact Cisco support if the issue persists.
-2110 IO_SendError ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2110 A network error has occurred. Contact Cisco support if the issue persists.
-2111 InvaildResponse ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2111 The response from the server was invalid. Check your AMP Update Server settings in your policy. Contact Cisco support if the issue persists.
-2112 HttpError404 ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2112 Failed to download the definitions update file - received HTTP status 404. This should resolve itself in the next Content Update interval.
-2200 ServiceStopped ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -2200 The AMP Connector service has been stopped during an update. Start the AMP Connector service to resume the update.
-3000 Unknown_Error ERROR: TetraUpdateInterface::update Update failed with error -3000 An unknown error has occurred. Contact Cisco support.
