If are you referring to creating meetings using Outlook, you can suppress the accept/decline responses by going to the Attendees Section. You can un-check the "request responses" to avoid getting your inbox cluttered with email.

When you say "use another person's account" do you mean you signed in to their account from your device? When you go to your site companysite.webex.com or from the WebEx desktop or productivity tools, are you signed in to the other user account?
