I have noticed that since the upgrade to SNTC 4.0, both the receipt and content of and 'Alert Processing' & ‘Upload Processing’ report emails has become quite sporadic.
Issue with the receipt of the Alert Processing reports are quite noticeable...
It is observed for many of our distinct inventories (12 out of 16) since the change to SNTC 4.0, several uploaded inventories are listed as being System Replays? This appears to have started about 14th November.
Can this please be investigated.

Can I ask for an update on this issue; as can be seen in the attached screen capture we are receiving up to 19 emails a day, for an inventory that has not been uploaded, and all the values int he email are null.

Update to the symptoms:
It appears that these null alert processing emails are being sent every day , irrespective if any inventory has been uploaded or not.
