The SNTC portal has not processed our collector uploads since Feb 1, 2024. I noticed maintenance was performed last week and the portal was down over the weekend. Anyone else having issues with the portal not processing collection uploads?The Uploads...
I've noticed my Custom Inventory is not updating on the portal.The most recent uploads were processed on Feb1, Feb 7, & Feb 9, 2024.The Collection Date is showing Feb 1, 2024 on the Custom Inventory page.Please Advise
Is there a problem with the Smart Net Total Care Portal?Once I log in I'm just getting a blank page.Been using the portal for a very long time first I've seen this.Please advise
We have product ID's that are listed in CVE-2023-20076 document in the collector inventory.Currently don't see CVE-2023-20076 in the Library -> Alerts -> All Security Advisories (PSIRT)  list.Please adviseBest Regards,Matt
