Collector Report on Serialized data almost double the Data seen in SNTC Portal

Hi team,   I have a situation where the data from my Customer if taken from the collector directly, they have a lot more SNs than actually the ones I can see using SNTC Portal.   I need your guideance   br vitor Castanheiro
