Cisco 7975G on Broadsoft - SCCP to SIP

I am trying to update the firmware from a Cisco 7975G with SCCP Firmware to SIP.  I have the XML Config File, but am struggling to upgrade the factory default firmware to any SIP 9.X Firmware.  Anyone have a step by step guide that is PROVEN to work....
