AP1815w不能加入vWLC

AP1815w系统是8.5.171版本，vWLC也是8.5.171版本，就是不能加入

这个问题，暂时还不确定是什么原因，可能和如下bug有关系，但是还需进一步排查。

Symptom:
On 8.5.1.138, the ?can't find the Ip from discovery Request array? always shows up on console while in discovery process. Is this error unnecessarily printed out?

AP1815w重新刷了ap1g5-k9w8-tar.153-3.JF14.tar，再刷AIR-AP1815-K9-ME-8-5-171-0.tar，20s重置一下就好了，现在可以使用ME模式。
