Prime Infrastructure 2.0 管理IP变更WEB无法访问 lic rehost

Prime Infrastructure 2.0之前密码遗忘，重置密码，更改管理IP，无法访问Web

请问若是rehost需要准备哪些信息？目前是PI VM版

没维保，这些怎么弄出来。我只知道如下：

最初的申请lic资料也无法找到。
