Hi, I have a problem with slow ssh connection and slow command input on Nexus 9508(nx-os 10.2(1)F).
"show system internal process cpu" vsh.bin has high cpu usage.
Will a restart solve the problem?
What is the restart command, and is there no traffic interruption?

So, do that on a maintenance windows....

I have no background about killing that process and no idea if you could connect after that...without a reload after all...

Please kill the PID with "kill background <PID> . But it will re-appear after some time.
Reload the chassis is permanent solution.

The high vsh.bin CPU usage is likely causing the SSH and command input delay. You can try restarting the shell using restart vshd, which is typically non-disruptive to traffic.
Monitor closely and talk to the Cisco TAC if the issue continues, as it may indicate deeper system performance problems.
