650-027 CDMS2 Exam - Help!

Cisco suggest 'taking the Video 101 QLM and the Technical Deep Dive ILT courses" to prepared for the 650-027 CDMS2 Exam, HOWEVER I cannot find this material ANY WHERE not even on PEC site!

Any Ideas, Anyone?

I searched the site for 650-027 and CDMS2 (Cisco Digital Media Systems Specialist for SE/FE) and found two choices, one of which is in Japanese.
