89/9900 series on UC540

Good night:

A client is about to get a UC540 for 20 users. I'm considering these phones: - 8961, 8945, 6961, 6921.

I wanted to know if there is complete compatibility with these models, including video capacity. Also, I want to offer the 9951 model, they are really interested.

Another question, What are the benefits of the 24 licenses included in the UC500? Does it include video capacity, or I have to configure the PRO license? Thanks.
