Hi Guys,
This is probably a bit of a feture request or query and relates to the Cisco / Admin user and user level controls, under our deployment model for FTTH deployments we will be controlling the config for the device and allowing remote web access with admin access for our support teams.
We will allow the customer basically full control apart from the voice section and the web access management section the issue here though is that this section is the part that allows them to configure wireless web access if we lock this down they do not have this option under the cisco option logon to control the web untility access via wireless, by default this is off,
So the real question is can the web access section "via wireless"be moved to a Cisco user level whilst keeping the Remote access part and web access untily tied to the Admin user level control, we obviously need to have the web utility access at the admin level in case a customer inadvertinly turns this off and locks us out of remote support.
Cheers
