All my LDAP query tests are successful, dashboard shows mail coming in and being blocked, etc...
But no spam daily quarantine messages are arriving. Seems to come in once in a blue moon if at all when I have it set to arrive 3 times a day.
Any ideas on where or how to start troubleshooting?
No it will not send a notification if there is no spam in the quarantine. You can view the Spam Quarantine while logged into the blocker under Monitor>Quarantines>Spam Quarantine.
