What wil hapen if LDAP server is off-line?

I was wondering what wil hapen with the mail if you use LDAP and Accept Query and the LDAP is for temporary off-line?

Hello Martijn,

that will depend what you have set up in your Listener configuration (GUI: Network -> Listeners) that uses the LDAP Accept query in question. You can decide to either allow the mail in or to reject it with either a 4xx (softbounce) or 5xx (hardbounce) SMTP status code.
