- Cisco Serviceability service using Enterprise Compute Platform (ECP) - Lets you on-board your On-Prem UC infrastructure and offers single pane of glass view for all your On-Prem UC infrastructure Analytics, WebRTMT, Troubleshooting, and Certificate Management.
- Cisco Phone Refresh - Introducing the Phone Refresh feature to help customers and partners replace/upgrade user phones with minimal user/administrator involvement. It offers three methods that you can choose from for helping your customers/partners, depending upon their environment.
- Cisco VDI - Updated the demo to add Cisco Webex Meetings over VDI.
- Hosting the Jabber-Config.xml from Cisco UCM as the Cisco preferred architecture recommends.
- Upgraded all the relevant Cisco UC applications and third-party applications to align with latest CSR 14.0. Also installed the latest device pack to support all latest devices.
- Imagicle application now supports Cisco Webex. Added/Updated relevant applications/scenarios to use Webex along with Cisco Jabber. Users can choose their application between Cisco Jabber and Cisco Webex.
- Cisco Meeting Server - Added Blast Dialer and Scheduler.
- As you requested, we added Subscriber to Cisco UCM and HA server Attendant Console Advanced server. Also added failover/failback scenarios to Attendant Console application. So, please keep the feedback coming, we are listening for any suggestions and updates.
