Hello SecureX friends!
I am struggling to connect Cisco WSA with SecureX. The error message is "Health check of Module failed: - There was an unexpected error in the WSA module". The WSA virtual appliance is registered in SSE, I followed every step of this link (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/securex/215985-integrate-and-troubleshoot-securex-with.html#), but I keep getting this error.
I already tried to change the Requested Timeframe, but it didn't work either.
I've got some information in Cisco WSA using the grep command in the sse_connectord_logs file and it looks like the WSA isn't able to communicate with itself.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem? This is a lab environment. Cisco WSA is using AsyncOS 14.5.1-008.
