CCNA Certification

Hi guys, i'm new here, i passed my ccna certification couple years ago which was included in the school i was attending, now im in another school,their program also includes ccna1 and 2 so i tought i could update the ones i have, i gave the teacher my old email used for my old netacad account to add me in his class, he said i should get an invite but i don't see it both in mail and netacad. why i'm not getting the invite should i skip this cert cause i'm not allowed to re-pass or create a new email for another netacad account ?
