Sip Normalization to passthrough Genesys custom header over CUCM

Hi all,

I am trying to passthrough  a custom header called "Watson_Header".

Genesys is transferring the call (adding this header Watson_Header)and it is routed fine over the CUCM and CUBE to the Watson_App. As I understand CUCM does not ignores unrecognized headers. I also know I can allow via sip normalization.

I can see on rtmt logs that Watson_header  reaches the CUCM but it is being ignored/dropped.

I should be allowing on incoming message and and adding on outgoing right...but I don´t know how.

flow call:

Genesys-->CUCM-->CUBE-->Watson_APP    ; Every connection between device is SipTrunk

Genesys-->SipTrunkA-->CUCM

CUCM-->SipTRunkB-->CUBE

Below is the incoming message to CUCM :

06472957.006 |19:20:21.993 |AppInfo |SIPTcp - wait_SdlReadRsp: Incoming SIP TCP message from 123.176.13.37 on port 63709 index 3506 with 969 bytes:
