CBW150AX: Weird behavior... hardware issue? Software?

Hi community,

Few months ago I bought 3 POE AP CBW150AX for my house. And I have issues with two of them.

I plugged two on my SG300 and everything seem goes well at this time.

But one day, the switch port where one of the AP was plugged shut off. No more data, no more power. Broken port.

I plugged it into another. few weeks later, no data. But power OK. But data out. Another broken port, then .

I plugged the AP on a third port. I discovered then that the AP reboot randomly. I go through admin portal and discover that my both AP reboot randomly! Never up more than one day!

In change one of the AP (the one which break two port). This one is up dans running for more that a week! And it has been elected as primary AP. Even if I configured primary one the other one historically... why ?

The other is more stable now, but still reboot sometimes.

What can i do to repair this both AP?
I tried to go through logs file and saw when the AP reboot... but no warning or error occured around reboot's timestamp.

- I don't think it's my switch as the third AP is in good shape.

- I don't think it's the firmware (10.6.2.0) as the third AP is in good shape.

Dans certains cas, il peut y avoir des problèmes d'alimentation qui cause des problèmes. Les SG300 commence à dater (et ce peut être un problème matériel - électronique). Vous pourriez tester ces AP sur un autre switch POE ?

J'ai pensé à un pb côté switch. Mais dès lors, pourquoi l'AP que j'avais en spare ne souffre pas des mêmes maux? Cela fait +10 jours qu'il est branché et n'a pas rebooté. Pourtant il s'agit du même port et du même switch.
Cependant, sur le deuxième AP qui reboot seulement de temps à autre (enfin 2 fois en 30 minutes ce matin ), de guerre lasse, j'ai mis l'injecteur POE pour voir si cela pouvait améliorer la situation.

Mauvaise nouvelle: malgré un injecteur POE l'AP a redemarré cette nuit après quasiment 2 jours de fonctionnement continu... T_T.

Ceux sont des APs que j'ai acheté d'occasion... Je crois qu'ils sont encore sous garantie, pensez vous qu'il y ait une chance que je puisse ouvrir un RMA chez Cisco?

Bad news: despite with a poe injector, the AP reboot 6 hours ago.. T_T.

So I think there is a hardware issue on these both AP... These APs I bought which I bought second-hand. I think they are still under warranty... any chance that I could request a RMA?
