WLC9800:Wireless Setup> Basic : Doesn't show Joined APs & Client Count

Hello,

I have a Cisco Wireless Controller C9800-L-C-K9. Everything is working fine, but I still have an issue on the Wireless Setup > Basic page, where the number of Joined APs and Client Count always show 0, even though the APs are correctly associated with their locations.

The following AP models are connected to this WLC:

• AIR-AP1852I-E-K9
• C9120AXI-E
• CW9164I-E

The controller is running the following IOS version:
Cisco IOS Software [Dublin], C9800 Software (C9800_IOSXE-K9), Version 17.12.2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2).

Any insights on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

 I have a feeling that you are looking on the wrong place. If you look at the WLC main dashboard or under monitoring, can you see your APs and clients?
