IOS upgrade for a VSS 4500 Failure du to version mismatch

hello,

During the IOS upgrade of a VSS of 2*4500 switchs, I got the following issues

1) when i run the comand "redundancy config-sync validate mismatched-commands" I got the error "mismatched command unvailable " ==> is this normal?

2) when i boot the slave with command "redundancy reload peer" the slave switch got booting failure==> the slave was'nt able to join the VSS du to version mismach (I recovered the old IOS version on rommon mode)

What is the IOS version of the two 4500 and what is the IOS version targeted with the upgrade?
