issues with dhcp server on windows server

Good evening everyone, here's the vlan configuration on a CBS250, except that the PCs connected to the vlan don't receive addresses from the dhcp server from windows.

ip address DHCP + switchport mode access ??? Should be one or the other. Please share your topology.

Delete "ip address dhcp" and "ip dhcp relay enable" command on interfaces Gi 1, and 3.

Well, I'm too late
If I'm not mistaken

the principle of the dhcp relay agent is to take "discovered" dhcp braodcast requests from clients and transmit them to the dhcp server.
So, in your topology, you need to enable dhcp relay on the Gi1 and Gi2 interfaces.
